That'd be a GREAT class!! And that FRAGRANCE---like cinnamon! I remember attending a wedding where each guest was given a tiny posy wrapped in linen that held a rose bud, dianthus, rosemary, and a few other simple greens. It was the sweetest thing---filled with old-fashioned charm---and smelled great for days!
